Return Policy — Nortelabs
1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return products purchased from the Nortelabs online store within 14 calendar days of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us at orders@nortelabs.com and provide the order number.
2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., custom battery packs) are not eligible for return, unless defective.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of Nortelabs error or product defect.
4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days.

If the product shows signs of use or damage, Nortelabs reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
5. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product is defective or arrives damaged, the customer must notify Nortelabs within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos as evidence. In such cases, return and replacement costs will be covered by Nortelabs.
